This retreat is an intentional journey into your voice held within one of the most energetically potent places on the planet. This is an invitation to let go of the pattern of abandoning yourself and choosing you.
There is something about the Mountain that meets you exactly where you are and supports what is ready to move. Surrounded by this landscape, we'll be working deeply with sound that is clearing, activating and harmonizing your energetic blueprint through frequency and your own voice.
During the day: activating your voice
Our days are devoted to powerful, heart-led vocal work designed to fully open and strengthen your throat center:
Vocal activations & toning
These are profound. We'll be working with resonant tones that move through the entire body, breaking through energetic blocks and unlocking your inner power and creative expression
Light language
Opening to higher dimensional expression and allowing your soul to speak beyond the mind, directly through your heart
Throat chakra clearing
Releasing suppressed emotion, old stories, and anything that has kept your truth contained
Singing together
Not about performance, but about connection, remembrance, and the lived experience of your voice as a tool for healing and creation
In the afternoons: meditation & activation
As the day shifts, we move into deeper states of receptivity, allowing the work to integrate:
Channeled meditations & activations
Supporting meditations and activations guiding you into expanded states of awareness and inner knowing, awakening your courage and empowerment
Crystal bowl sound healings
Immersing in frequency and letting the body and energy field recalibrate and realign
Clearing karmic patterns
Working intentionally with sound and awareness to release deeper patterns and contracts that are no longer aligned
On the Autumnal Equinox, we will go to Lake Siskiyou for ceremony to anchor all that we are releasing and all that we are calling in, opening the quantum field for intended creation as we honor Gaia and our journey with her through evolution.
