Join us for a nurturing and restorative gathering designed especially for you. This special event is hosted by Kelly, a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Yoga Teacher, and Hannah, a Yoga teacher and Sound facilitator.
🧘‍♀️ The Flow:
50-minute Prenatal Yoga Class with Kelly
Gentle, safe, and grounding movement designed to support your changing body and prepare you for birth. No yoga experience needed.
35-40 minute Sound Journey with Hannah
Let yourself fully relax and unwind with soothing sounds that help calm the nervous system and support emotional balance.
Tea + Connection Time
We’ll close the evening with a cozy tea circle—an opportunity to connect with other pregnant women, share stories, and build community.
Whether you're a first-time mama or well on your journey, this event is here to support you with movement, relaxation, and meaningful connection.
Please bring: water bottle, and anything that makes you comfortable (blanket, cushion, etc.)
