Kelly offers unique spirit-led sound journeys from a place of love and gratitude, drawing from her own practices in sound, Reiki, breath, and meditation. Kelly is passionate about helping others find balance and healing through the power of sound vibration, energy, and Reiki. Sound and vibration can greatly benefit our mind-body-heart connection allowing our whole body to realign and reset naturally. Kelly provides a range of sound healing offerings, including group sound journeys, private sound journeys and corporate/large sound journey events. When not in the office you will find Kelly spending time with her husband and dogs, painting gnomes, traveling or forest bathing. She’s always up for an adventure!
