A nurturing sound journey inspired by the element of Water.More than just relaxation, this is an invitation to step out of the mind for a while, and into the body. To simply be present in your own energy.
Softening - feeling - allowing - a return to ease
That’s the intention I’ll be holding for this session... and the energy I’ll be weaving through the space with sound, presence & stillness.
Supported by the gentle tones of instruments such as crystal bowls, drone harp, chimes, crystal lyre, ocean drum and handpan, each element is intuitively woven to create a flowing, deeply immersive experience - along with a little of my voice, and perhaps light language if it naturally emerges.
Through sound, vibration and stillness, there’s space for things to gently unwind.
