Contact [email protected] to register. $25 feeJoin us for a 90-minute immersive sound healing and musical exploration, featuring the transformative sounds of Native American flute, cello, and frame drum. This experience blends ancient traditions and innovative approaches to music, designed to soothe the mind, body, and spirit.
We begin with gentle Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping, led by Alisa, to help regulate the nervous system and open space for deeper relaxation.
From there, enter a calming meditation accompanied by the tranquil tones of the Native American flute. The soft sound of rain stick and subtle percussion will guide you into a grounded, restorative state.
The journey continues with an expansive cello sound healing experience, enriched with frame drum and gentle percussion. The interplay of strings and rhythm creates a deeply harmonizing sound bath designed to restore balance and inner calm.
Participants are encouraged to find comfort — reclining with eyes closed on provided yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters, or seated in a relaxed position. You are welcome to bring any personal items that enhance your comfort.
Discover peace, balance, and restoration in this uniquely harmonizing event.
