Sound Healing is an ancient form of energy medicine and is intuitively led. Healing energy is produced by ancient instruments such as singing bowls and gong. There is a tremendous amount of healing energy in each instrument used, and therefore highly valued for its healing properties. You will also hear Sanskrit chants.
The healing sound and vibration facilitate the healing of the subconscious mind by naturally allowing brainwaves to transition from Beta (busy) to Theta (deeply relaxed).
Sound Healing recalibrates your inner vibrations and fine-tunes the body back to a balanced state. It's a whole-body restoration practice.
Each session builds upon the previous, guiding you towards profound and sustainable shifts.
Weekly groups - Monday 7:15 pm, Wednesday 6pm, Friday and Saturday 10:30 am

[About the Facilitator- Kayo Gill]
With over 8 years of experience, Kayo facilitates Sound and Energy healing and provides intuitive guidance to groups and individuals. She is a certified and registered Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, bringing a strong passion and extensive knowledge in meditation and energy healing with a trauma-informed, people-centred approach. She practices several ancient healing modalities to help her clients navigate through life in a healthy, gentle way.
As a former school teacher who experienced severe burnout and fatigue, she understands the importance of regular self care and stress management in today's high pressure society.
