Sacred Sound Healing and Meditation

In the frequencies of the session, the body remembers that beneath the noise of life lies peace, an invitation to return to stillness.
About this Event

On arrival, please use the top buzzer at the front door. At the top of the stairs enter the room on the right.

As you comfortably lay on a yoga mat with cushions and blankets, you start to gently ground through a guided meditation. The atmosphere is intentially peaceful and sacred to warmly hold you as you are. Every session is different as every moment in life is simultaneously a birth and a death, an inhale and an exhale, a fullness and an emptiness.

Connected to the energies in the room, the session will naturally unfold. Here no need to listen to the sound or do anything. The vibrations are merely heard but rather felt, moving through every cell and every layer of your bodies (physical, subtle and causal) dissolving what no longer serves and illuminating what has always been true.

You will be guided into stillness as waves of resonant sound weave together in a living prayer, quieting the mental chatter and supporting your nervous system into a restorative state.

Some people experience vivid imagery or colours, emotional and tesion release, tingling sensations and/or a profound sense of peace that can last days.

Sound Healing has the capacity to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress, enhance mind-body connection, and bring emotional balance and a sense of energetic clearing.

Come as you are, your presence is all that's needed.

Please wear comfortable and warm clothes, bring a yoga mat (we have a few spares if needed) blankets and some water. Some people also enjoy an eye mask.
