Sacred Sound Gathering: Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing & KirtanAn afternoon of breath, sacred sound, and devotional music supporting the Pradiya Foundation and The Aura Foundation
Step into a nourishing afternoon of movement, music, and community connection. This special gathering invites you to awaken the body through Kundalini Yoga, soften the nervous system through immersive sound healing, and open the heart through the joyful practice of kirtan.
Together we will create a sacred space of healing and devotion while raising funds to support both the Pradiya Foundation and The Aura Foundation.
All proceeds from this event will directly benefit these two organizations and their missions to uplift individuals and communities through healing, education, and compassionate service.
3:00 PM – 4:30 PM | Kundalini Yoga & Sound Healing
Begin the afternoon with a powerful combined experience led by Jai Tajgeet and Treya Magdalena Jaholkowska. This practice weaves together Kundalini breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation, and immersive sound healing to awaken energy in the body while guiding participants into a deeply restorative and meditative state.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM | Community Food & Optional Craft
Following the practice, guests are invited to relax, connect, and enjoy shared food in community. An optional craft activity will also be available for those who wish to stay and create in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Devotional Kirtan with Kaita Bliffert
The afternoon will conclude with an uplifting kirtan led by Kaita Bliffert, inviting participants into the devotional practice of mantra chanting through music. Kirtan is a heart-opening experience that blends meditation, rhythm, and sacred sound, creating a powerful sense of unity and collective joy.
Kaita Bliffert
Kaita Bliffert experienced her first kirtan in 2001, opening the door to a world of spirituality, community, and global travel. This journey eventually led her to India where she spent time studying yoga, volunteering, and leading spiritually focused retreats. Her passion for bringing people together through devotional music inspired her to create both a mantra chant and yoga festival in Milwaukee as well as a thriving meditation community that combines guided meditation with live music.
The practice of devotional yoga remains one of her greatest loves, and she feels deeply honored to share the experience of kirtan with others. Her album In The Lap of the Infinite is available on Spotify.
