Please bring healthy snacks & beverages to share if you have the energy to do so (Not required).

We are gathering here to support the Yoga Studio as well the opportunity to have powerful healing conversations in a sacred container. As we move into Beautiful Weather we may explore outdoor activities with our Nature Enthusiasts.
