Located in the heart of NYC, next to Bryant Park and just a short walk from Grand Central, our Midtown Manhattan Dance Studio offers a vibrant space for dancers of all levels. Join us in this dynamic environment where creativity and movement come alive.
For this dance-based somatic practice:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Barefoot or socks with grips, also called performance socks are recommended
- A mat is optional, should you require one for our relaxation and closing practice
