Please join the Chattahoochee Brick Company Descendants Coalition & partners in celebrating the 3rd Annual Sacred Site Celebration for Chattahoochee Brick Company! Back by popular demand, this event will take place at Chattahoochee Park (Peyton Rd NW) on April 5, 2025 from 1-3pm! This is an outdoor event, so dress accordingly! Highlights from the Celebration: a performance by Giwayen Mata, the history of the Chattahoochee Brick Company in relation to the Atlanta of today, and information on how you can get involved in the development of plans for the future Memorial, Greenspace, and Park planning!
Please plan to arrive early to the site! There are limited spots availble at Chattahoochee Park. Additionally, there are limited parking spots at Chattahoochee First Baptist Church and Chattahoochee YMCA, and street parking is available on Peyton Rd NW. Encouraged: the 58 and 153 bus routes stop at nearby locations to walk to the park (example directions from Five Points: https://maps.app.goo.gl/gt5xk53Acmsms3Lr9).
