1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month. Click the link to see the upcoming themes of the circles. We sit in sacred circle on blankets and cushions around a central altar. Each circle, one or more of our facilitators brings a theme, topic, and curated set of explorations and exercises then intuitively guides the group through them. Some circles may be deep, some may be playful, or all of the above. We may:-Learn embodiment practices and breathwork
-Move our bodies, dance
-Meditate and practice Mindfulness
-Use our voices in song and vocal toning
-Create art and write together
-Share our thoughts, hearts, and dreams
-Practice laughing together
