Hi! 👋 I’m Janine, a Meditation Guide, Women's Circle Facilitator and Wellness Event Host.

I discovered meditation 8 years ago and since then I have been on a profound journey of self discovery and self love. I love holding space for others to look deeply within themselves through meditation, journaling, sharing from the heart and other powerful practices 🥰

I have hosted 70+ wellness events over the past 5 years, sharing my passion for mindfulness, meditation, self love, and many more topics.

I believe you have the answers within you, and I am here to gently and powerfully guide you to explore your inner world, connect with your true self, and discover what truly matters to you 💞

I lived in Vietnam for the past 7 years where I hosted all of my wellness events and I am so happy to have recently moved back to Newcastle and so excited to continue my self growth and facilitation journey here. I can’t wait to connect with you all! 🥰
