We’re thrilled to invite you to a special monthly journey into movement and empowerment through FCBD® Sacred Sword and dance cohesion format using a frame drum.
Whether you're new or curious to explore this beautiful dance form, come join us and see where the dance takes you!
We plan to create a choreo than can be performed as a solo or in a group in the future although do not have to participate in this part can enjoy the learning of specific moves.

Jasmine (Razzle Jazzle) class is learning rhythms on a drum to deepen your knowledge within belly dance and learning to layer movements whilst using the drum. This is an improv style originally created by April Rose called Dance Cohesion this is a fun class to master - playing a musical instrument and dancing you can also attend to learn drum rhythms only.
12.30 to 2.30 pm cost £14
