Welcome to the Sacred Sexuality Circle for Women, Femmes & Thems in Macclesfield!*

Join Sam Ntatalikas (she/they), VITA Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach at Silk House Therapy & Wellbeing for a safe and inclusive space to explore and celebrate our divine sensual energy.

Connect with like-minded individuals, participate in guided meditations, and engage in open discussions about sexuality, pleasure, and empowerment.

We'll be exploring:

• Loving, accepting and celebrating our bodies
• Embodiment practices such as breathwork, sounding and movement
• Neo-tantra techniques for you to do at home
• Circle and pair sharing
• Consent; asking for what we'd like, and honouring our "no's"
• No-genital, clothed touch to practice consent such as hugging or gentle stroking (optional)

*Important note: all circles are fully clothed, all touch has mutual consensual agreements, and is based in authentic communication and open heartedness.

⭐️Who is this for?

This circle is for women, femmes and thems, AFAB humans, trans sisters and anyone who identifies with the experience of being a woman. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcome WOC/POC, neurodivergent/neurospicy and people with disabilities.

🚙Where:

The beautiful, warm and welcoming space of Silk House Therapy & Wellbeing, 45 Pickford Street, top floor (previously CIC room), next to Sports Direct with free parking after 6pm.

🏡Access:

The room is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift access. Chairs are available for anyone who finds sitting on the floor uncomfortable or not accessible.

✅What to bring:

Please bring along a yoga mat, blanket or cushions to sit and lie on, plenty of water, a journal or notepad and wear something that you feel good, and can move freely, in.

Sam Ntatalikas is a certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach who trained with Layla Martin via VITA (Vital & Integrated Tantric Approach), one of the most advanced professional certifications in the world! Sam uses modern neurobiology, holistic healing, embodiment practices, and coaching, blending them with the ancient & powerful teachings of Tantra, Taoism, and Sacred Sexuality.
