A fun packed with many different Latin and and occasional ballroom routines, instructed by an ex top Latin and Ballroom competitor. No partner needed, this is a group fitness class . The aim is the exercise to music and through your journey you also learn to dance the Strictly way. Its £6 PAYG.
We will do a six week induction class, we start with simple routines to follow and gradually we will develop routines and choreography.
