Justyn O'Neill is the owner and creator of the Seeker Yoga School. She is a 500hr certified yoga instructor and educator. She received her yoga certification in 2010 at the Frog Lotus school of yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand and completed her 500hr studies in 2017 with Radiant Life Yoga. She continues her studies here in the cities and in India on-going.
Her classes often focus on healing the relationship we have with body, moving beyond limited perspective and arriving in a place of acceptance and deep love for what is.
It is her intention that students leave class feeling empowered by their truth and appreciative of their bodies. The flow in class is challenging and unique to assist students in discovering both their inner and outer strength. Her classes create a safe container to effectively incorporate meditation and self study, as tools to guide students to eventually come to a place where they can deeply love who they are.
Koreen Valdovinos is the Creatrix of Earth Goddess Yoga and the owner of Open Minds Fusion Studio in Minneapolis. With an unwavering commitment to empowering individuals, Koreen intertwines the realms of embodiment, sensuality, yoga, rhythm, the cycles of nature to unlock the life-force energy, known as kundalini.
As a multifaceted & longtime practitioner, Koreen serves as a Yoga Teacher, Conscious Dance event Creator, DJ, space holder for Sacred Sensuality, Women's Moon Circle Guide, Embodied Movement Coach, and Thai Yoga Bodyworker. Her approach is a multifaceted tapestry woven creating transformative experiences for her students.
Koreen passionately embraces the belief that the body is a sacred vessel to be celebrated and honored. Her teachings promote individual self study in uncovering the core of love, promoting healing and self-discovery. Her role as a Pleasure Activist, Earth Goddess Embodiment Teacher, and Women's Circle Guide and as a Wellness Events Producer showcases her dedication to fostering a community that embraces the sacred feminine.
