What to Expect:
Opening grounding meditation to awaken the Lilith–Magdalene–Sophia current, reclaiming your feminine power, wisdom, and embodied holiness
Gentle hip-opening stretches to release stored emotion and shame from the sacral space
Guided creative movement and dance using sacred drum and Latin rhythms to reawaken pleasure and flow in the body
Optional Reiki energy healing offered during the process for those open to receiving
Closing ceremony + meditation to re-center the nervous system and return home to safety within your body
This class is a space of reverence, release, and remembrance, where sensuality and spirituality meet as one sacred current of life.
Bring: a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing that allows free movement. No prior dance or yoga experience needed — simply bring your open heart and willingness to feel.
