We’ll start by grounding in with collective breathwork and gentle movement, shaking off any stagnant energy before settling into a comfortable space—seated or lying down. Then, the real magic begins.

As uplifting music and soothing sound waves wash over you, you’ll be guided to water your intentions—using your breath to cultivate clarity, expansion, and growth. Olive and Macey weave together a rich soundscape of Crystal Bowls, gongs, handpan, ngoni (African harp), chimes, ocean drum, rainstick, and more, creating an experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you and step into your next chapter with ease.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, pillow, and blanket (for max coziness)
A water bottle (hydration = clarity)
A journal + pen (for post-session reflections)
An eye covering (to deepen your sound journey)
We’ll have extra props if you need them—just come as you are.
