Join us Friday, January 9 from 6:30–7:30 PM for a quiet, soul-nourishing hour inside our softly glowing Himalayan salt sanctuary. This is your space to breathe, release, and start the new year feeling grounded.
You’ll move through gentle breathwork, a guided meditation, and a calming sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. The glow of the Himalayan salt supports your nervous system, opens your airways, and helps melt away the tension you’ve been carrying.
This isn’t a class — it’s an intimate, premium experience for 10 guests only. A chance to reconnect with yourself and step into the new year lighter, calmer, and restored.
