Having been a seeker for as long as she can remember, Beth found herself in her first yoga class with Swami Sudhir Saraswati in Kathmandu, Nepal at age 19. More than three decades later, Beth still considers herself a seeker.
She has been joyfully teaching yoga since 2006. She weaves elements of the many paths she has travelled into her classes—including modern dance, cultural anthropology, kirtan, tantra, and bhakti yoga.
Her playful classes offer strong, breath centered flows sprinkled with stories, songs, and music. Most importantly though, Beth is known for creating a safe space for her students to explore the transformative power of yoga.
The hardest part of the practice is definitely showing up. So, come as you are, as often as you can and simply do your best.
