Sacred Rest

Join Kelvin Young of Soul Care LLC and Taylor Morgan of Solasana Wellness for a calming morning of sound healing, therapeutic touch, and intentional rest.

Sound healing will be provided by Kelvin, while gentle massage techniques and therapeutic touch will be offered throughout the experience by Taylor.

Designed to quiet the mind, slow us down, relax the body, and support a nervous system reset, this experience invites you to simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.

Optional journaling will be available at the end of the session for reflection and grounding.
