Sacred Reset Sunday is a 75-minute guided experience designed to help you reset your nervous system, release emotional and energetic buildup, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into what’s next.
We begin with ceremonial cacao sourced from Peru, a heart-opening plant medicine I like to call "spiritual hot chocolate" as its simply chocolate in its purest form before any additives and traditionally used to support emotional awareness, reflection and presence. From there, you’ll be guided through conscious breathwork followed by an immersive sound journey using sound bowls and other instruments to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic release.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and reset
Especially if life has felt loud, busy, or emotionally heavy.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
✨ This is a small-group, intimate container designed for personal regulation and reset.
✨ Light snacks will be provided.
✨ Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow (especially helpful for lower back support), water, and chapstick.
