As the year winds down, give yourself permission to pause.This 90-minute Sacred Reset invites you to exhale the weight of the past months and settle gently into stillness.
You’ll be guided through deeply supported restorative yoga, infused with calming aromatherapy and slow, intentional breathwork. From there, sink into a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound journey designed to soothe your nervous system and restore balance from the inside out.
We’ll close with a personal oracle card message — a reminder to carry forward peace, reflection, and renewal into the winter season ahead.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Bolster (or two pillows)
- Blanket
- Warm, comfortable layers
- Optional: eye mask
No yoga experience is needed — this evening is for anyone craving stillness, softness, and a sacred space to simply rest.
