About this Event
The Holy Ache
You are invited into an evening of deep presence, authentic movement, music medicine, and sacred ritual.
This gathering is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and heart.
Together we will:
• cultivate presence and nervous system grounding
• explore authentic and intuitive movement
• connect through music, joy, and shared humanity
• honour the inner goddess and tend the unconscious through movement
• share and witness one another in sacred circle
This is not a performance.
This is not about doing it “right.”
This is about remembering, feeling, and allowing.
Through movement, reflection, ritual, and connection, we create space to honour ourselves exactly as we are.
My intention is to create spaces where we can be with our experience as it is — to witness ourselves and one another, to anchor and root, and to access greater love for healing and co-creation. While there is a gentle structure, my aim is to foster intuition and honor each person’s pace and presence.
The world also needs our joy, and this will be part of our remembering together. We honour where we are and what is moving through us, learning to access the innate wisdom within. The soul speaks through movement and direct experience when we meet ourselves with honesty and vulnerability.
Who this is for
This circle may be for you if you feel the call to:
• slow down and reconnect with your body
• explore movement in a safe, non-judgmental space
• heal perfectionism, self-doubt, or the feeling of “not enough”
• reconnect with intuition and inner wisdom
• experience meaningful connection and community
• honour the part of you that longs for ritual, magic, and depth
No movement experience is needed.
Come exactly as you are.
Why join?
Because something in you is asking to be felt.
Because the world moves fast and your nervous system deserves rest.
Because joy, play, grief, and connection all belong together.
Because healing happens in safe spaces where we can be seen and heard.
Because you don’t have to do this alone.
What to bring
• Journal + pen
• Water bottle
• Cushion or pillow for comfort
• A pocket crystal or small sacred object (optional)
About your facilitator:
Latasha has devoted much of her life to exploring what it means to be here, at this time on Earth. Guided by a deep curiosity and a sense that something essential was missing from conventional education, she chose instead to study alongside others walking a similar path.
Her journey has woven through the wild feminine, ancient goddess cultures, psycho-spiritual and transpersonal psychology, and animist and eco-centric worldviews — always following the threads that point toward our inherent nature and interconnection.
What began as a personal healing journey has gradually expanded into community healing and co-creation. Through years of shadow work and inner development, she came to understand that as love becomes the leading force within us, our attention naturally turns toward service to the whole.
While there is always inner work to tend, her focus now is on bringing these lived experiences into community spaces that nurture collective wellbeing and harmony. This is where circle work has returned as a central calling.
At the heart of her work is a belief in a collective awakening to our divine nature and interconnectedness. By slowing down, listening inwardly, and cultivating alignment within our minds and hearts, we can make choices that reclaim our purpose, power, and love — and begin to co-create a future we truly want to live in.
