✨ Affirmation Jar Ritual – A powerful activity to help you release limiting beliefs and affirm the version of yourself you are stepping into.

✨ Burn Bowl Ceremony – Write down what you are ready to let go of and symbolically release it through fire.

✨ Scream Session – A guided somatic release practice designed to help clear stored emotional energy and reconnect with your voice and inner power. This ceremony is designed to be safe, supportive, and deeply empowering, offering participants the opportunity to reset emotionally and spiritually while connecting with a powerful circle of women on a similar journey.
