❤️? Sacred RAGE Rising ❤️?
For our friends who are feeling fed up, frustrated, and furious… AND ready to channel that energy to bring forward more justice, more joy, and more love - this one is for you.
Inspired by the teachings of Lama Rod Owen and Dr. Jennifer Mullan @decolonizingtherapy (and our lived experiences as women who want to leave the world better than we found it), let’s come together to explore rage as a catalyst for CLARITY, aligned ACTION, and collective LIBERATION.
Guided by Alyssa @this.is.soultrip and Kassie @tangledroots, we will begin the evening with a grounding tea meditation and gentle movement practice to support us in connecting with our bodies. From there, we’ll dive into journaling and discussion to examine how we can partner with rage as fuel instead of fear, and close with a small craft that captures the energy and insights from our time together.
The intention of this gathering is to BE in conversation with the sacredness of rage through compassion, embodiment, and expression. This is a space to honor our anger, uplift each other, and stoke the fire of change.?
