This immersive experience combines practical empowerment with deep emotional and spiritual healing. Together, we will explore healthy ways to identify and release stored anger, trauma, and suppressed emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
Each session will include elements of self-defense and kickboxing for physical empowerment, spiritual protection practices, and sister circles for shared connection and support. Participants will be guided through intentional practices that help release stored trauma from the body in a conscious and transformative way.
We will conclude each gathering by bringing the mind, body, and spirit back into balance through gentle yoga and chakra rebalancing led by Natalie, helping integrate the work and restore a sense of grounding and homeostasis.
This series is an invitation to honor your sacred rage, transform it into strength, and return to yourself feeling empowered, protected, and aligned.
