Sacred Play is a 90-minute immersive workshop designed to reconnect you with your innate joy, creativity, and emotional authenticity through guided play, gentle improv exercises, embodied movement such as yoga poses, visualization, and sound healing. Blending simple improvisational practices with accessible nervous system education, participants are invited to release inhibition, rediscover spontaneity, and build confidence in safe, relational ways.
