Give yourself the gift of deep rest and renewal. This 90-minute Restorative Yoga and Reiki class with Jennifer Maraña and Steven East offers a gentle and supportive space to slow down, soften tension, and reconnect with your body and breath.You will be guided into comfortable, fully supported restorative yoga postures using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. These calming poses are held for several minutes, allowing the body to deeply relax and the nervous system to settle.
While you rest in these nourishing postures, gentle Reiki energy healing will be offered through light touch and/or hands held just above the body. Reiki is a calming practice that supports relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being.
Together, restorative yoga and Reiki create an opportunity to pause in the middle of your day, release accumulated stress, and restore a sense of inner calm and clarity.
This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners. No prior experience with yoga or Reiki is necessary.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be supported, restored, and renewed. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets provided, but you are welcome to bring your own props if you prefer.
