Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a nourishing women’s retreat day on 26th April, held in a beautiful countryside setting. This intimate retreat offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and restore.
We will begin with an opening circle, followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony to gently arrive into the day.
The morning will include somatic movement including breathwork, supporting nervous system regulation, grounding, and release.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided meditation and a creative and sensory workshop where you will create your own essential oil perfume rollerball using doTERRA essential oils, with a choice of 3–4 beautifully curated blends.
We will close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing time for rest, integration, and relaxation as the day gently comes to an end.
Each attendee will also receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to take home — a little reminder of the day and the intention you set for yourself.
