These precious oils were not just perfumes. They were considered sacred, bridging the physical and the spiritual.

This workshop is an invitation to step out of the modern world and into a sensory, intuitive and deeply grounding experience.

Through scent, breath and guided meditation, you will explore the subtle power of five sacred oils and reconnect with your inner world.

✨ During this workshop, you will:
✔️ Discover how sacred oils were used in ancient civilisations (Egypt, India, Greece and spiritual traditions across time)
✔️ Understand the link between science and energetics. How essential oils act both through their biochemical composition and their subtle, vibrational qualities.
✔️ Explore 5 sacred oils and their symbolism:
Atlas Cedar: strength, grounding, inner alignment
Frankincense: unity, spirituality, connection to the sacred

Sandalwood: calm, presence, sensuality, heart connection
