Join us for 12 deeply grounding and self-reflective learning sessions with Sister Nusrat Nowrin, Certified Parent Coach and Educator, as we embark on a journey towards self-discovery, personal growth and strengthening family bonds.
Free childcare will be provided through a fun-filled program, so that you can finally finish that cup of tea!
Our Family Wellness Program Features an additional 7-Week Dad's Coffee Circle Program with a Registered Social Worker and Sheikh. (May 15- April 26). Registration will be separate and open soon.
Are you ready to commit to a deeper dive into why you parent the way you do?
Every session we dive deeper, and hone our skills on Empowered Parenting, Attachment, Regulation, Mindsight, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Anger Management, Positive Discipline, and Playful Parenting through an Islamic lens.
The program requires commitment, intention and openness. If you are ready to take the leap, we can't wait to see you there!
Program Highlights:
- 12 Wellness Sessions for Mothers(Weekly on Fridays - Starting April 10)
- 7 Wellness Sessions for Fathers (Same time - Starting on May 15)
- Culturally-Anchored Wellness Program for Muslim Mothers and Fathers
- Facilitated by Muslim Parent Coach and Educator, and Counsellor
- Free on-site Childcare and Children's Program
- Free Access to Live Monthly Parenting Workshops and Parenting Space Community Events
- Room numbers will be emailed to participants after registration
Next Steps: After registration, you will receive an intake form to be filled out by April 6 . Please note, your registration is not complete until you fill out the intake form.

We are able to bring this program for free through the Parenting Space project which is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, a Government of Ontario agency. Please note: At this moment, this program is FREE for first time participants of the Parenting Space weekly programs only.
