About this Event
Join Valerie and your community in the Sacred Circle for this special morning. This is an intimate gathering for those who are looking to release what is no longer serving us and set intentions as we move into the new year.
If you:

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.
You will then be led through individual reflections to help you connect with what you are letting go, and what you are open to receiving. This will be woven into the fire ceremony later in the process.
Then we will move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, and access the subconscious to be open to the messages that come forward .
After this, we will close with an intention setting fire ceremony to put the energy of our desires into the world. This will include identifying what we need to let go of to be our best selves, as well as naming what we want to invite into our lives moving into 2025.
Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & Reiki II practitioner Val Davis within the Sacred Circle.

What to bring:
- Journal & pen
- Yoga mat
- Pillow (to sit on and/or for breathwork)
- Anything you want for breathwork (blanket, eye mask, bolster)
- Any snacks/food for yourself
- Items for the altar (you can take back home with you after)
- Clothing layers: we will be in the foothills where temp is 10-15 degrees cooler than Denver
I have extra eye masks, and a couple yoga mats available.
Water, tea, and fruit will also be provided!
Space we will gather in together, located in the foothills of Morrison, CO.
NOTE: Only a camping toilet in a privacy tent is available immediately outside the door located in photo. If this does not meet your personal needs, please note that ahead of time. You can receive full refund if already booked.
