Sacred Mirrors: Intimacy Through Energy Perception

Led by energy healers and partners Taylor Bratches and Nicholas Balsamo, Sacred Mirrors is an experiential workshop for couples/pairs & friends devoted to deepening intimacy through energetic perception. This offering invites pairs into a shared field of presence where connection becomes something that is felt, sensed, and consciously cultivated—beyond words alone.

In this workshop, participants will learn to open to the sacred energy practice Somatic Channeling, which encourages expanded energetic awareness and deeper emotional intimacy in self and in partnership.

Sacred Mirrors offers a container for:

• Deepening energetic and emotional attunement with your partner or friend
• Perceiving and relating to one another beyond personality and story
• Exploring conscious connection and sensuality through embodied awareness
• Cultivating intimacy that is grounded, regulated, and expansive
• Remembering intimacy as a sacred, co-creative experience
• Accessing new layers of connection and understanding of one another

Through guided movements and partnerer practice, participants will attune & entrain with one another energetically, creating coherence between nervous systems and energy fields. As the body softens and awareness deepens, couples naturally develop greater interoception—the ability to perceive their own internal physical, emotional, and energetic states—while also becoming more sensitive to the subtle layers of their partner’s experience.

This workshop supports the remembering of how life force / kundalini energy can be consciously directed and circulated within the body and between friends/partners, allowing connection to expand beyond habitual patterns and into the sensual heights & limitless expanse of your energetic bodies and soul. When two fields begin to meet in presence, eros becomes intentional rather than reactive, and intimacy becomes a shared, living meditation.

This is not about performance or technique—it is about relaxing, listening, sensing, and meeting one another from the inside out, allowing connection to naturally be channeled through the body’s innate intelligence.
