About this Event
Strengthen connection with a special evening of all-levels yoga, meditation, and sound healing. This playful yet rejuvenating experience requires no previous yoga or meditation experience and doesn’t ask for flexibility. Release stress, reconnect mentally, emotionally, and physically, and immerse in the soothing power of sound.
The night begins with a partner-based Kundalini Yoga practice, designed to be fun and accessible for everyone. Then, enjoy a unique 11-minute back-to-back meditation, offering a moment of shared stillness. Finally, lie back for an extended sound bath, as Pavanjeet and Chand Raj surround you with the harmonizing vibrations of multiple gongs, inviting deep relaxation and renewal.
$150 per Couple/ $125 Before February 7, 2025
- Wear comfortable clothing for movement and seated meditation.
- Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or cushion to make your relaxation extra cozy.
- Blankets and bolsters are available in the studio; yoga mats can be rented.
All couples are welcome. No experience necessary.
