Join Fran Lewis Yoga and Reiki with Polly on a sacred journey to self upon ancient land of earth energies, Neolithic stone circles, labyrinths and healing wells at Coskewis.
Come with us on a pilgrimage of reemergence, realignment and reconnection with self. Tune in to your own energetic body through self reiki, yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda and more.
Each unique retreat will take you through a chakra and will leave you feeling empowered having gathered the tools you’ll need to support yourself on your path.
Each chakra is also connected to a location on the planet, as the Earth is a living being like us. We are intimately connected by the elements, energetic structure and flow of energy, to all life, at a cellular, physical level.
Our earth has energetic pathways or ley lines, akin to meridians. Gathering in ceremony upon them with love will send ripples of healing around the globe. By being part of these sessions, you are also contributing to world healing in addition to your own.
Sacral Chakra
This chakra is the dwelling place of the self.
It is closely linked to creativity, receptivity, passionate nature, sensuality and emotions. If your sacral is blocked you may be unable to let things go, you may feel closed off creatively and possibly suffer from fertility issues and low libido.
Physically you could also experience digestive problems.
If your sacral chakra is in balance you will be able to create from a place of openness and freedom, your mantra will be “I am open to receive the blessings that come your way and allow momentum to carry you forward with balance and ease.
This chakra is linked to the water element lunar energies as well as the colour orange.
