Join Fran Lewis Yoga and Reiki with Polly on a sacred journey to self upon ancient land of earth energies, Neolithic stone circles, labyrinths and healing wells at Coskewis.
Come with us on a pilgrimage of reemergence, realignment and reconnection with self. Tune in to your own energetic body through self reiki, yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda and more.
Each unique retreat will take you through a chakra and will leave you feeling empowered having gathered the tools you’ll need to support yourself on your path.
Each chakra is also connected to a location on the planet, as the Earth is a living being like us. We are intimately connected by the elements, energetic structure and flow of energy, to all life, at a cellular, physical level.
Our earth has energetic pathways or ley lines, akin to meridians. Gathering in ceremony upon them with love will send ripples of healing around the globe. By being part of these sessions, you are also contributing to world healing in addition to your own.
Crown Chakra
The crown chakra is located at the top of the head and its colour is white, gold or violet.
It governs the nervous and lymphatic systems as well as the brain.
Considered to be the portal to the divine oneness, universe and cosmic connection, it is an important part of the chakra system as it receives and transmits universal energy to the entire chakra system. It is responsible for your metaphysical energy, (whereas the root chakra is more about your physical energy!).
When the crown chakra is balanced the person has a solid connection to their highest self and spirituality. If out of balance one can feel lack of focus and disassociated with the world and the self, sometimes too much meditation can create this as well as none at all!
