The Medicine: Ceremonial Cacao
At the heart of this ceremony is ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its heart-opening, grounding, and connective qualities. As you drink cacao, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of presence, supporting emotional awareness and connection within. The Cacao is made with organic ingredients, including Pure Criollo Ceremonial Grade medicine from Peru, small amount of oat milk, organic date syrup to counteract bitterness, cinnamon, clove, vanilla pod, celtic sea salt and cardamom.
No prior breathwork experience is required.
Participants commonly leave feeling calmer, clearer, connected, and renewed.
