About this Event
Join our monthly "Sacred Harmony: Women's Yoga and Transformation" event, a transformative experience designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. This women-only event combines the restorative power of yoga (one hour), breathwork, auric cleanse, meditation (40 mins), energy healing, a chat, and closing exercises ((20 mins) to help you release stress, and restore harmony.
Rose, known as the Black Yogini, is a certified yoga teacher celebrated for her fun and engaging yoga sessions. Featured on the BBC, she brings a vibrant and inclusive approach to yoga, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Facilitator Yvonne Daley, MBSCH, a licensed Nidra Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Trainer, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in holistic work. She specialises in natural transformative practices that promote growth, self awareness, and a new way of being.

Come along solo or with friends! Don't worry if you're coming alone; many women will be there solo. Bring your journal, and get ready to meet new friends.
A complementary eye mask will be given to each new participant.
