What to expect during my signature group sound bath:
Enter into a space that evokes serenity, community and connection. You will be invited to sit or lay down where I will guide you on a meditation and take you on a journey through the healing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls to help you de-stress and connect to yourself. Once the sound bath is complete, there will be an opportunity for open dialogue to share your experience with the group.
How to prepare:
- Please arrive up to 15min early to set up and get grounded prior to the session.
- Please wear comfortable clothing
- Please bring a comfortable surface to lay on such as a yoga mat, camping mat, or trifold mattress. There are yoga mats available if needed.
- Please bring any other items to enhance your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, water, and whatever else you need to lay on the ground comfortably.
- Since the frequency will be moving energy through your body, it's important to stay hydrated before and after your journey.
- Feel free to bring a journal to write down any insights you receive.

- Paid parking is available beside the building.
- There is also various free parking spots in the area
