Grief is something we all carry—whether from personal loss, life transitions, or the collective experiences unfolding in our world. Often, this grief lives quietly in the body, the heart, and the nervous system, asking to be acknowledged and gently held.
This sacred grief sound bath is a space to pause, receive, and be nurtured.
This space is held with deep care, informed by my training as a Certified Grief Educator and my experience supporting hospice patients and their families.
Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Reiki energy, and compassionate presence, you are invited to soften, release, and reconnect with a sense of peace within. There is nothing to fix and nothing you need to do—simply come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.
This experience will support you in:
• Releasing emotional heaviness held in the body
• Calming the nervous system
• Feeling held in compassion and community
• Reconnecting with a sense of lightness, peace, and inner balance
Whether your grief is recent or long-held, personal or collective, you are welcome here.
After the sound bath, you are invited to stay for light snacks and gentle connection.
What to Bring:
- a notebook and pen to capture key takeaways
- a photo of your loved one who has passed, an item representing a relationship or experience you’re grieving, or crystals to place on the altar
- a snack to share (optional)

About Your Facilitators:
Kathy Brook-Wong is a Certified Grief Educator, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Healer who creates compassionate, heart-centered spaces for healing and connection. Drawing from her work in hospice care, mindfulness practices, and sound healing, Kathy gently supports individuals in navigating grief, life transitions, and emotional healing with presence and care.
Her approach integrates compassionate listening, guided reflection, Reiki energy healing, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to help calm the nervous system and support emotional balance. Kathy is passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, held, and supported—honoring both the pain of loss and the love that continues.
Through her Healing Journey Series, grief circles, and sound bath experiences, Kathy brings community together to heal, reflect, and reconnect with a sense of peace, meaning, and inner light.
