This is not just a dance…
This is a return to your power.
A space to:
- release stress
- move through emotions
- reconnect with your body
- awaken your feminine energy
- connect with nature and with each other
🌅 What to expect:
We begin with a welcoming circle
—to connect, ground, and open the space together.
Then we move into a guided dance journey through the four elements
🌬 Air • 🔥 Fire • 💧 Water • 🌍 Earth
And we close with a sharing circle
to integrate, express, and be witnessed.
🌿 What to bring:
- Something to sit on
- A shell (if you have one)
- Belly dancing belt (optional)
- Water or coffee
- Wear something comfortable to move in

I am a Spiritual Peace Coach devoted to creating spaces
where women reconnect with their truth,
their bodies, and their feminine power.
Originally from Egypt, I grew up with belly dancing in my blood
a natural expression of feminine energy and embodiment.
I am a certified Moon Mother, offering Womb Blessing healing
and supporting women in awakening their feminine energy.
For over 25 years, I have held and facilitated women’s circles
with women from around the world.
