Welcome to Sol Flow, an activation of the sacred divine feminine. This series is curated for women to come home to themselves and connect deeply with each other. Through our divine feminine circles and retreats, Sol Flow offers a sacred space where women can nurture their inner light, honor their intuitive wisdom, and celebrate their unique gifts.

About Your Guides
Sol • Sol is a certified Kundalini + Usui Reiki teacher, sound therapist, the creative force behind this platform, 1; and so much more!
10 years ago, she would have never imagined creating sacred spaces and being a guide for humans on their self-discovery journey. Her journey, marked by battles with attachment, depression, and anxiety, led her to a profound spiritual awakening at 21. This pivotal moment revealed her purpose: to create a peaceful world and empower others to embrace their creative power authentically by holding space for people to remember who they truly are, to heal, and love themselves.
Stepping into her purpose meant that she needed to start with herself--knowing, loving, healing, and BEING herself.
Tapping into life force energy and innerstanding her own energy centers were a huge part of the knowing. It transcended everything for her. So now, here she is, offering you a space to begin exploring your energy and to dive deep into yourself so you can begin to innerstand and release what's blocking you from living your most authentic truth and in a flow state!
Mercy • Originally from Mexico, she is a yoga and meditation teacher passionate about movement, the infinite possibilities of the body, and physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A former contemporary dancer with training in dance therapy and stress management, Mercy is a firm believer that movement can be healing for the body, mind, and soul, and works to create a learning environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. Mercy aims to integrate what she has learned from her work with children for over 10 years into all her classes, creating a safe space for self-discovery, curiosity, and, above all, play and joy.
Vanessa • Vanessa answered her call to heal 8 years ago when her sweet angel baby transitioned to the other side. Vanessa now uses her spiritual gifts to be the messenger during tarot readings and as a medium. She leads sound bath healings, divine feminine empowerment circles, is a public speaker and author. She is devoted to being of service in the wellness community and helping you reclaim your power.
