We begin with Fire gathering at the sacred fire circle as the sun lowers.
You’ll be guided to write down what you are ready to release: fears, doubts, old narratives, or emotional weight. Through intentional ritual, these are offered to the flames symbolising completion, courage, and personal power. Fire represents transformation.
What once held you becomes ash.
We then move into Air the element of breath, voice, and vision. Through guided breathwork and sound vibration
(drumming and wind instruments), you will anchor a new intention into your energy field.
As the air carries sound across the space, you symbolically allow your renewed vision to rise and expand. Leave with a sound healing instrument to take home as a way to clear your energy field and bring in positive vibration!
