On September 21, 2025 at 4:00pm, we gather at Radiant Vida Spa to honor the Autumn Equinox, a threshold between seasons, a time to pause, reflect, and listen to the whispers of the Earth and the wisdom within.
This 3-hour mini retreat is an invitation to root down into the lessons of the year past, compost what no longer serves, and plant seeds for what's to come. Together, we will journey through practices that reconnect us to body, spirit, and Earth medicine.

Haley Wood is a small business owner, sound healer, yoga teacher, and meditation instructor with over 15 years in recovery. Together her husband, she founded a pet spa in Spring Branch eight years ago, creating a safe and loving space for animals after witnessing the challanges within the pet industry.
Her personal healing journey deepened through yoga, mediation, and sound healing- practices that became pivotal in finding balance and guiding others toward wellness. For the past three years, Haley has shared these gifts as a teacher and facilitator, hosting healing events across Houston. Through sound baths, community circles, and other offerings, she continues to create spaces for connection, restoration, and transformation.

"My Journey began with a spiritual awakening and the longing to become a better version of myself. Growing up with depression and anxiety, I felt a constant pull to seek something deeper. In 2020, I realized that plant medicine had been with me all along- guiding me to choose natural remedies over pharmaceuticals. Becoming a certified herbaist became one of the most profound journeys of my life, as plants taught me how to transform pain into wisdom and showed me how they are allies in healing both personal and collective wounds.
Reiki soon followed- though in truth, it had always lived within me. This sacred Japenese healing art helped me face and integrate some of the darkest parts of myself. Through Reiki, breathwork, and embodied practiced, I learned that when mind and body reconnect, healing begins to flow naturally.
Today, as an intuitive healer, herbalist, and Reiki practitioner, I create sacred containers for healing, activation, and self-recovery. Through remedies, workshops, and ceremonies, I support others in shedding old patterns, reclaiming their power, and remembering their truth. I belive healing is not a path we walk alone- it is a communal remembering. With love at the center of all I do, I hold space for others to return to their inner wisdom, and embody their most authentic selves."
