About this Event
You are warmly invited to gather in sacred circle for an evening of drumming, connection, and gratitude as we welcome the Spring Equinox and root into renewal, balance, and the quiet abundance that surrounds us.
At this threshold between dark and light, we pause together to honor what is emerging. To tend what is tender.
To remember what matters most.
In the turning of the seasons, we gather to soften into gratitude, to listen beneath the noise, and to reconnect with the simple truths that live in our bodies and hearts.
This circle is an invitation to drum, breathe, and listen deeply.
To soften into appreciation.
To feel the pleasure of rhythm and resonance.
To ground into what is steady, fertile, and alive within us.
This Equinox, we will also hold a gentle collective intention around the well-being of children everywhere, honoring their innocence, their voices, their need for safety, play, and spaciousness to feel and express.
Together we will:
• Ground into the body through breath and gentle movement
• Share warm cacao as heart-opening medicine
• Drum simple, powerful songs that cultivate presence and gratitude
• Hold a collective prayer for the children and future generations
• Reflect and share in circle, witnessing one another with care
• Close with a settling sound meditation, letting the rhythm anchor into the body
Held in collaboration with Anima Mundi at The Alchemist Kitchen, this gathering offers a warm, intimate container to reconnect with joy, nourishment, and the simple abundance of being alive.
A limited number of drums and rattles will be available in the space.
If you have a drum or rattle of your own, you’re warmly encouraged to bring it.
This circle is rooted in women’s gatherings and open to those, including nonbinary friends, who feel called to a feminine-centered space.
With love and gratitude,
Erin
