Details:
📍 Meet and park at Eastwood Metropark. Be there no later than 9:30 am. We will depart and arrive back at this location.
We will be outdoors all day so bring sunscreen, bug spray and comfortable shoes and clothing.
We will enjoy a community picnic potluck so bring what you want to eat and something intentional to share for our mindfulness lunch. (We will provide water and snacks)
