A Transformative Journey Through Authentic Relating

There is nothing more sacred than the experience of truly connecting with another human being.

We all have the need to be seen, to be heard, to be witnessed, and to feel deeply connected.

To know, to see, to feel, to be—these are the essence of life itself.

They form the core of our humanity and are the foundation for building healthy relationships, thriving in love, and living fully.

I am thrilled to invite you to an event designed to nurture these profound needs in a safe and supportive space.

Join me and my friends as we explore the art of authentic connection through practices that enhance communication skills, engage in playful connection games, dive into the spontaneity of actors' improv, and cultivate authentic relationships. We will also explore the practice of energetic boundaries, and so much more!

Each gathering will focus on one of three core themes, guiding us deeper into the realms of connection and community.

Every month we sit in circle to do DEEP work on 1 of 3 recurring themes:

Sacred Intimacy (sex, love, relationships, etc.)
Sacred Livelihood (business, career, purpose, etc.)
Sacred Kingdom (life, family, community, etc.)

We will approach the monthly theme through the practice of authentic relating, or what we refer affectionately to as AHO!

These exercises contribute towards a “transformational arc” that accelerates the healings, breakthroughs and positive physical manifestations in that area for each attendee.

Between monthly sessions, participants are encouraged to check-in daily via our “Private WhatsApp Channel” to stay connected to the community, be witnessed in their realizations and experiences, and keep the “fires of transformation” burning between events.

Transformational Arc: Exercises designed to create profound shifts, leading to healings, breakthroughs, and positive life changes.
Ongoing Community Support: Access to a Private WhatsApp Channel for daily check-ins, shared experiences, and continued transformation between gatherings.

What to bring:

Comfortable Clothing: Wear something that allows you to move freely and feel at ease.
A Journal and Pen: For capturing insights, reflections, and any realizations that arise during the event.
A Water Bottle with spill proof lid: Stay hydrated throughout the session
A Snack to Share: Bring a small snack to contribute to a communal sharing experience.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:~ Shiva J is a Certified Tantra Educator, Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Somatic Bodyworker, Certified Life Coach, Licensed Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Master NLP Practitioner who has been in the world of transformational work since 2003.

With a 20+ year career in the fitness world under his belt he suddenly found himself with a severe back injury that prevented him from continuing on that path. Around the same time he found himself facing divorce, bankruptcy and homelessness. Determined to rise from these pitfalls he began to study holistic wellness, and Tantra to help heal his body, mind and spirit. Having prevailed over a rather bleak and almost hopeless dark night of the soul he experienced a spiritual awakening and discovered his true calling as a healer, and community builder.

With his unique perspective of the mind, body, spirit connection he has helped thousands of clients transform their lives. He combines all of these unique tools along with his gift of insight to help his clients overcome any physical or mental challenge they may be currently experiencing in their lives.

When not at work doing what he loves, Shiva J can be found at a local internet cafe sipping a dirty chai latte, attending ecstatic dancing, a drum circle, or out hiking or biking local trails and if you can't find him at all, he has probably taken a sabbatical and gone hiking or camping someplace more exotic!
