deepen our practice of yoga.
About this Event
The purpose and intention of this gathering is to provide a sacred and safe space for us to come to monthly to build community and deepen our yogic lives - on and off the mat. I believe we are all trying our best, with what we have and what we know. I want to help you connect to THE most profound teacher - YOU.
Each month will have a theme to explore the many powerful and sacred teachings of yoga and Ayurveda. Through various healing modalities, activities, discussions, and teachings, you'll gain insight and tools to find inner peace and equip your spiritual toolbox for your journey to self-heal.
DECEMBER | NURTURE
What does it mean to NURTURE you and your life? What would it feel like to invest the love and care you’d give to another, to yourself?
Nurturing oneself involves embracing self-love, setting healthy boundaries, and prioritizing self-care in both small daily rituals and larger life choices. It means listening to your inner needs and responding with kindness, just as you would for a dear friend. TRUSTING what you need is valuable and important.
Whether you're working to establish healthy boundaries, find your voice or set up a healthy daily routine - let's get together and talk about it. By nurturing yourself, you cultivate resilience and a deeper connection to your true self, allowing you to show up more fully in all areas of life.
Together, we will explore practices that encourage self-compassion and mindfulness, helping to weave nurturing habits into the fabric of your everyday life. This workshop is not just about learning to nurture yourself but also creating a community where we support and uplift each other in this beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing.
